Thank you for choosing UX UI Open, a product by OpenBootcamp (theopenbootcamp.com). This policy explains how payments, refunds and cancellations work for the full course. It applies to every purchase made on uxuiopen.com.
Try before you buy
Level 0 and the six Foundations units of the free course are free, with no card needed. We offer them so You can see the teaching, the tools and the quality of the content before You decide to pay.
No refunds after purchase
Once the course has been purchased, payments are non-refundable. This includes:
the subscription fee for the current billing period;
any part of a billing period You did not use;
renewals that were charged before We received Your cancellation email.
How to stop Your subscription
To stop Your subscription, send an email to uxui@theopenbootcamp.com.
Send it from the email address You used to buy the course.
Use a subject such as "Cancel my subscription".
Include Your full name and the email address on Your account.
The date and time of Your email are taken as proof of Your cancellation request. Please keep a copy of the email You send. We will reply to confirm.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund payments that have already been made.
Billing mistakes
If You believe You were charged by mistake, for example charged twice for the same period, email uxui@theopenbootcamp.com with the details and We will look into it.
